Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AutoChiro platform, operated by AUTOCHIRO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, located at 2730 SW 3rd Ave STE 306, Miami, Florida 33129.

By registering or using AutoChiro, you agree to these terms of use in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our service.

2. Description of the service

AutoChiro is a platform that automates patient recruitment for chiropractic centers. We take care of the entire process from recruitment on social networks until the patient enters your clinic.

The subscription includes:

Automated booking system with artificial intelligence.

Confirmation automations and appointment reminders.

Integrated control panel and CRM for patient management.

Training and templates to create winning ads.

Video editing and ad creatives.

Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns.

Booking calendar widget for your website.

Specialized advice on digital marketing for chiropractors.

AI management of messages, comments and reviews.

Automated referral program.

Proactive support: you will have a customer success designated to your account, who will help you achieve your goals and support you in everything you need with the platform.

The subscription does NOT include:

Advertising investment in Meta (paid directly by you).

3. Subscription and billing

Renewal

When you sign up for the service you agree to pay a monthly subscription that automatically renews every month, until you decide to cancel it.

Setup fee

When you start the service, a setup fee is applied which includes the start-up of the service, the adaptation of the software for your practice and advice on how to optimize your recruitment strategy.

The estimated setup time is about 5 working days, but it will depend mainly on the time you can take to provide us with the material and make the configurations.

If you decide to re-activate the service after cancelling the subscription, we can charge you again this fee.

If you have subscribed to the service through a special promotion with a discount on the setup fee, you will have a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Late payments

Late payments will have a 2% monthly surcharge.

4. Your responsibilities as a customer

In order for our service to meet your objectives, you commit to:

Facilitate the necessary integrations: Meta, Google, WhatsApp, ...

Provide recorded material for the creation of ads within 5 working days.

Make advertising investment in Meta proportional to the number of target patients.

Keep available free slots in your schedule, at least double your monthly target of new patients. These slots will be released by the platform 24 hours in advance if they have not been filled.

Keep patient information updated in the CRM. This point is key because: on the one hand it will allow us to measure the health of your subscription at all times, and on the other hand, we will use this information for Meta to improve its algorithm by knowing the profile of your highest quality patients.

5. Data ownership and GDPR

You are the sole owner and responsible for all patient data you enter or store on AutoChiro. In order to provide you with our services, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use, copy and display your data solely for our artificial intelligence to operate the platform on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your data. AutoChiro will not be responsible for the loss, deletion or damage of your data.

You are responsible for complying with all obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation if you serve EU patients:

Access your personal data

Correct inaccurate data

Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)

Object to processing

Data portability

Withdraw consent where applicable

AutoChiro acts solely as a technology provider. Our responsibilities are limited to:

Providing technical access to the platform.

Implementing industry standard technical security measures.

Maintain the confidentiality of data during technical processing.

If you choose to terminate the service, we will keep your data available for download for an additional 15 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

6. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

AutoChiro is not a health care provider and does not provide medical care to patients. You are responsible for complying with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act obligations if you operate in the United States.

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents and authorizations from patients before using our services to store or process protected health information.

If, at your own risk, you choose to store protected health information (PHI) on our platform, we will not use it to provide health care.

7. Goals and Expectations

The outcome estimates we may have provided to you prior to start are based on our actual historical data, but do not constitute a guarantee.

During the first 2-3 months Meta learns about your audience and our team will work with you intensively optimizing your communications and ads. After this time is when the platform gets to work at peak performance.

The performance of the platform depends on external factors including:

Meta policies and algorithms.

Quality of the advertising material provided.

Market saturation in your area.

Fulfillment of your responsibilities as a client.

8. Limitation of Liability

You use AutoChiro at your own risk. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits or any other damages that may result from the use of our platform.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Non-Competition

During the term of this agreement and for 12 months thereafter, you may not use AutoChiro's confidential information to directly or indirectly compete, create similar products, or share it with our competitors.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 15 days written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms of use at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the Platform, so we recommend that you review them from time to time.

12. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
